Products Description

Boer Green Mineral Fibre is an inorganic fibre which produced by melting with diabase, dolomite and other natural rocks in an oven, through high speed centrifuging or spinning and other kinds of arts and crafts. It is grey/green, with the Alumina content below 20%, and has a long-term using temperature between 600℃ to 800℃.

Boer White Mineral Fibre is an inorganic fibre which produced by melting with hard clay or grog through spinning. It is grey/white, with the Alumina content higher 20%, and has a long-term temperature between 800℃ to 1000℃.

Products Properties

1. Environment-friendly: Boer Fibre is 100% asbestos free tested through radioactivity testing by China National Non-metallic Mineral Products Quality Supervision Test Center; Has got the Material Safety Data Sheet-EU Version.

2. Good Suitability—the fibres after special treatments show its excellent properties like easy disperse, resin-bonding and less irritable to skin.

3. Clean-made from pure rocks (good heat resistance), extremely low shot content that non-fibrous material can be controlled less than 1% (120 mesh).

4. Stable-the opening right of 50 million tons of mines act as the stable support for raw materials; Every working procedure is strictly inspect during the produce process.

5. L/D Ratio-the generally L/D Ratio of Boer Mineral Fibre is 800:1, which helps to guarantee the strength and dispersion of the fibre.
